The Elevate Co-op Program develops skilled cooperative leaders through a five-level training system inspired by ICA, Mondragón, ILO, FAO, and Cooperative College UK. It equips members with cooperative principles, governance, facilitation, and strategic development skills—empowering communities to build democratic, sustainable, and high-performing cooperatives that drive local development and the solidarity economy.
Elevate Co-op Five-Level Framework
A step-by-step pathway that transforms individuals into certified cooperative experts and leaders.
Level 1: Trainer in Co-op Education (TCE)
Foundation training for individuals who want to teach cooperative concepts within their communities.
Participants learn:
Cooperative history and global models
Principles, values, and ethical foundations
Basic cooperative economics
How to teach cooperative concepts
Training-of-trainers (ToT) essentials
Graduates become local educators trusted within their communities.
Level 2: Cooperative Facilitation (CF)
